Steven Steele has been promoted to chief executive officer of Congregate Living Systems, Inc. of El Toro. He had been executive vice president of the firm for six months before his appointment.
Steele, 40, had been with Autumn West, a Utah-based community development firm, for ten years before joining CLS, a year-old unit of Professional Community Management International. PCM manages the Leisure World community development in Seal Beach. CLS specializes in the field of senior citizen housing and provides services related to the management of congregate care facilities.
