The estranged wife of Raider defensive end Lyle Alzado filed suit asking for half of all the property acquired during the years they lived together, both before and during marriage.

In her Los Angeles Superior Court suit, Cynthia Alzado claims that she and Alzado made an oral agreement in June 1981 to combine their skills, efforts, labor and earnings and to share equally all property accumulated as a result.

She claims she rendered her services as a companion, business partner, homemaker and confidante and, in April 1981, bore Alzado a son. According to the suit, the couple married in July 1984, and lived together as a family unit until last March, when she filed for divorce. That action is still pending, according to her lawyer, William J. Glucksman.

Her suit asks the court for a declaration of her rights to half of the property acquired--including a Manhattan Beach house, Rolls Royce and Jaguar automobiles, book rights and interests in Raider contracts--plus general damages in excess of $1 million and reasonable support.
