Health Care Property Investors Inc., a Costa Mesa-based real estate investment trust established last May, announced Monday that its first full quarterly dividend will be 55 cents. The dividend will be paid Nov. 20 to shareholders of record as of Nov. 1.
The trust, which specializes in health care properties, had revenues of $4.3 million and profits of $2.2 million in the period ended Sept. 30, the trust’s first full quarter.
