Koreans to Hold Festival: Fifteen floats, at least a dozen bands and dancing troupes will highlight the Korean Festival of Orange County third annual parade Saturday through an area known as Orange County’s Koreatown, on Garden Grove Boulevard from Brookhurst to Magnolia Streets. Rep. Robert K. Dornan (R-Garden Grove) will act as grand marshal. The parade will begin at 3 p.m. Two Korean folk music and dance troupes will participate along with Vietnamese, American Indian and other ethnic groups.
