Clippers Score 131-127 Victory Over Warriors

SALINAS —
Derek Smith scored 29 points, and Marques Johnson had 20 to lead the Clippers to a 131-127 exhibition victory over the Golden State Warriors Thursday night at Hartnell College.
Michael Cage added 17 points and had 12 rebounds for the Clippers, who led at halftime, 57-55.
J.B. Carroll led the Warriors with 29 points. Larry Smith had 15 points and 13 rebounds.
The Clippers raised their exhibition record to 3-4; the Warriors dropped to 2-3.
