CALIFORNIA - News from Oct. 20, 1985

Nieco Corp. of Burlingame has been acquired by Alco Standard, New York, for an undisclosed amount of Alco common stock. Nieco, which manufactures automatic food-service equipment, will become part of Miami-based Alco Foodservice Equipment.
