Towne Square Tract Opens in Lancaster

Towne Square, a community of single-family homes in Lancaster, opens today with 19 in a total of 47 houses.
A development of California Community Builders Inc. of Santa Monica, the Cape Cod-style homes are being offered in four floor plans with three or four bedrooms, up to 2 1/2 baths and 1,250 to 1,904 square feet. The largest plan includes a 200-foot bonus room.
Prices range from $89,995 to $105,995 with VA, FHA and other financing plans available.
Furnished models and a sales office are open daily except Wednesday and Thursday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. on 32nd Street at Avenue J, reached from the 20th Street West exit of the Antelope Valley (14) Freeway. First move-ins are tentatively scheduled for March.
