Centrum Provides Shuttle to Malls at Lunch Period

The Centrum, a $100-million office complex in Orange, is offering office tenants free shuttle service to and from Fashion Square shopping mall and Town & Country shopping center every weekday between 11:30 a.m. and 2 p.m.

The 20-seat buses will leave and return to Centrum South, 725 Town & Country Road, and Centrum North’s first-phase building, 1120 West La Veta Ave., according to McLachlan Investment Co., developer of the Centrum and provider of the shuttle service.

McLachlan’s Jeff Jones said, “There is ample parking at both Centrum buildings and in the shopping malls themselves but our tenant surveys showed that even driving these very short distances and parking took precious lunch-hour time.” He added that the service also reduces lunchtime traffic in the area.
