Pipe Bombs Hit Taxi Firm

BOISE, Ida. —
Two pipe bombs exploded at a downtown taxicab company Monday, shattering windows and damaging an oil tank, authorities said. No one was injured. Police said the explosions may have been caused by a disgruntled former employee.
