Grace will swap more shares for Hungry Tiger.

W. R. Grace, a New York-based conglomerate, will pay up to 554,803 shares of its stock for all of the Van Nuys-based restaurant chain under a definitive agreement recently disclosed. When the companies announced their preliminary agreement Aug. 9, they said Grace would swap as many as 525,000 of its shares for Hungry Tiger. At current stock prices, the deal would be worth as much as $21 million, down from $23 million when the preliminary agreement was announced.
