The first 30 units open for sale today at Cedarpointe, a Citation Homes community of 232 town houses at 612 Granite Privado, at the foot of the San Gabriel Mountains in Ontario.

Two floor plans are two-story and two are one-level; one of each offers dual master bedrooms, and the others have two bedrooms. Baths number two and 2 1/2. The architect of the 904- to 1,210-square-foot homes is Burke-Lester & Associates.

Interior features include vaulted living-room and master-bedroom ceilings, dining rooms, ceramic-tile entry floors and laundry areas in garages. Kitchens have built-in appliances, tile counter tops, hardwood cabinets and luminous ceilings.

Exteriors are of lace-textured stucco enhanced by wood siding and expansive use of glass. Two-car garages are attached. Community amenities will include swimming pool and spa in landscaped grounds; the homeowners’ monthly fee is $81.26.

Prices range from $78,990 to $84,990. Four models, three fully and one partially furnished by Color Design Art, are open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.
