8 Killed by Guerrillas

TUGUEGARAO, Philippines —
Communist guerrillas ambushed and killed at least eight militiamen and policemen in the northern Philippines Saturday, the provincial military commander announced Sunday. Col. Tirso Gador said the New People’s Army guerrillas escaped after the attack 250 miles north of Manila.
