A man armed with a shotgun sprayed a real estate office in Roseville with gunfire, killing one person and slightly wounding another before being taken into custody. Police in the Placer County city said the suspect, whose name was not immediately available, fired wildly as he walked into the Coker-Ewing real estate office. Customers scattered. Officers indicated that the man held some customers hostage before he was arrested. Witnesses said the man was muttering about some sort of grievance he had against the firm. Names of the victims were not released.
