Two Series of Single-Family Dwellings Open in Valencia

Two new series of single-family homes, the Chelsea and Windermere collections, open today in Valencia in the master-planned community of Valencia Summit.

Priced from $297,950 to $392,950, the 15 homes in the first two phases of the Windermere homes are available in five floor plans with three to six bedrooms, 2 1/2 to 4 1/2 baths and 2,830 to 3,690 square feet.

Priced from $155,950 to $257,450, the 34 homes in the first two phases of the Chelsea homes are available in four floor plans with three to four bedrooms, 2 1/2 to 3 baths and 1,555 to 2,357 square feet.

Among the Windermere features are wood-burning fireplaces in the master bedrooms, baths with private garden courts and maid’s quarters. Among the Chelsea features are ceramic tile entries, vaulted ceilings, breakfast nooks and skylights.

A total of 120 Windermere and 399 Chelsea homes are planned by the developer, the Valencia Co., with first move-ins scheduled in June and July. Decorated models and a sales office are open daily, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., at 24404 Zermatt Lane for the Chelsea homes and 24362 Mornington Drive for the Windermere Collection.
