Warkentin to Lead Builders’ Baldy Region

Architect Bill Warkentin, principal of Warkentin Cox Architects, Costa Mesa and Sacramento, will be installed on Nov. 15 as president and a director of the Multi Housing Council, Baldy View Region, Building Industry Assn. of Southern California, succeeding George Lightner of Lightner Development.

Vice presidents and directors are Frank J. Delany of Reed & Hellyer, who also heads the law committee, and Robert A. Wolf of Germania Construction Corp., who is also program chairman. Margaret McDurmott of L. A. Wainscot & Associates is secretary and a director and chairs the resources committee.
