Gandhi to Visit Japan

TOKYO —
Indian Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi will visit Japan later this month for talks with his Japanese counterpart, Yasuhiro Nakasone, and for an audience with Emperor Hirohito, the Foreign Ministry announced Tuesday. It said Gandhi is scheduled to arrive in Tokyo on Nov. 28.
