Fullerton : Judge Delays Retirement to Help Job Candidate
Municipal Judge Logan Moore, who earlier announced plans to retire in December, now says that he will delay his retirement until February, 1986, to allow court Commissioner Richard Behn to file as a candidate for the position.
Logan and Behn both serve in the North Orange County Judicial District, based in Fullerton.
Behn has been a commissioner for the past two years, after serving eight years as a deputy marshal.
“My action provides voters of this district with the opportunity to select a judge of integrity, intelligence and devotion to justice,” Moore said.
The election to fill Moore’s spot will be in June, 1986.
