Ole’s Building Nearly Ready

Completion of a new 85,000-square-foot, two-story facility in the Diamond Bar Corporate Center in Irvine, has been targeted for December.

Developed by Downey Savings & Loan Assn. and designed by George W. Seitz, the building is the first phase of a $40-million, 28-acre development and will be the corporate headquarters for Ole’s Home Centers.
