Condos Rising in Long Beach

Ground breaking has been held for the six-story, 42-unit Thirty-Five Linden Avenue (its street address) condominium development in Long Beach, expected to be completed next September.

Signal Land and Cattle Co. Inc. is the developer of the $5-million project that includes commercial space on the first floor. It was designed by Pulaski & Arita Architects. The general contractor is Burgess Co. Both firms are located in Newport Beach.
