Fox, chairman and chief executive of Iroquois Brands, also asked for a jury trial. The 47-year-old resident of Greenwich, Conn., is charged with possession of cocaine and narcotics paraphernalia. He was arrested Nov. 8 at a Hartford, Conn., hotel. Police said that Fox had registered at the Summit Hotel under a false name and that his room contained 17 grams of cocaine and equipment for “free-basing” cocaine, a process in which the drug is heated and its fumes are inhaled.
