Apartments Planned on Escondido Parcel

A 9.14-acre parcel zoned for apartments on Citrus Avenue near Valley and Bear Valley parkways in Escondido has been sold in a $2.17-million transaction arranged by John Burnham & Co.
Professional Data Corp. acquired the site from Sidney and Judy Levine of La Jolla and sold the property to John Miner et al, doing business as the Stratham Group of Irvine. The buyer plans to build a 137-unit apartment complex called The Willows on the site.
