A 3-year-old black girl whose mother was suspected of being a police informer and two other blacks were killed in South Africa as the death toll in a week of anti-apartheid violence rose to 36, police said. The child was killed when a crowd of blacks set fire to her home at Mbekweni, in western Cape province. Her mother was seriously injured. The burned bodies of two men, also suspected of collaboration, were found in Cape province.
