Disaster Status Sought

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. —
Gov. Bob Graham on Wednesday asked President Reagan to declare a disaster area in Franklin, Gulf and Wakulla counties, where he said Hurricane Kate caused an estimated $10.8 million in damage.
