One of the wettest San Diego Novembers on record is expected to come to a rainy end this weekend as a new storm sweeps into the county from the Northwest.

However, the total rainfall from the new storm isn’t expected to exceed half an inch.

National Weather Service forecaster Ray Robben said the storm is expected to pass Saturday, returning clear and sunny skies Saturday afternoon and Sunday.

Temperatures may be cooler, particularly at higher elevations.

San Diego has had 4.1 inches of rain so far this month, making it the third-wettest November on record, Robben said.
