Ducommun, Los Angeles, and Tri-Tec Engineering, a privately held company located in Gardena, said Ducommun has signed a letter of intent to acquire Tri-Tec Engineering for about $3 million. Also, Ducommun said AHF, a subsidiary, reached an agreement with Martin Marietta for $50 million of additional space shuttle components.
