Nursery Company Purchases New Site
San Lorenzo Nursery Co. has bought two buildings totaling 42,000 square feet on a 2.88-acre site at 7663-67 Broadway, Lemon Grove, from Laddon Realty Co. for $1.15 million and will relocate there from its present quarters in downtown San Diego.
The new location is the former site of a supermarket. San Lorenzo’s present quarters at 234 W. Market St. were purchased by the city as part of its redevelopment program. Both parties were represented by Coldwell Banker.
