The Region : 4 Arrested in Diablo Canyon Drug Case
An 11-month undercover investigation resulted in the arrest of three security guards and one former security guard at the Diablo Canyon nuclear power plant on suspicion of selling cocaine. A spokesman for the San Luis Obispo County narcotics task force said a fifth person, not employed at the plant, was also arrested and several members of the plant security force are under investigation. Task force agents said they had been buying amounts of cocaine from the guards since January. Arrested on suspicion of selling the drug were guard Kevin White, 24, of Grover City, an employee of Pacific Gas & Electric Co.; guards Cheryl Stacy-Wilson, 28, of Palm Springs, and Rick W. Hani, 28, of Atascadero, who worked for American Protective Services, a firm that supplies security services at the plant; former guard Donna Kay Clark, 29, of Grover City, who worked for Pinkerton’s Inc., and Stephen Lee Wilson, 34, a county animal regulation officer who shares a house with Clark.
