3 Reelection Bids Announced: Mayor Phillip R. Schwartze, Mayor Pro Tem Gary L. Hausdorfer and Councilman Anthony Bland announced on Friday that they will seek reelection to their council posts in the municipal election next April. Schwartze, 41, and Hausdorfer, 39, were elected to the five-member council in 1978, while Bland, 46, was appointed in 1980 and then elected in 1982. The filing period for the council seats, which have a four-year term, is Jan. 9 to Jan. 30.
