Official Reappointed: John Lazzara, 59, of Anaheim was reappointed by Gov. George Deukmejian Monday to the Contractors State License Board. Lazzara is the local district director in charge of organizing for the International Brotherhood of Painters and Allied Trades, a position he has held since 1978. First appointed to the board in June of 1978, Lazzara served as chairman from July, 1982, to July, 1983. His current term expires June 1, 1988.
