Dwight A. Steffensen, executive vice president of Bergen Brunswig, has been elected to the company’s board of directors. Eight other directors were re-elected to the board at the corporation’s annual meeting in Los Angeles. Steffensen’s election increases the Orange-based health service and consumer electronics company’s board to 12 directors. Steffensen has been executive vice president of Bergen Brunswig since Jan. 3, following the acquisition of Synergex Corp., where he was president and chief executive officer.
