A GM subsidiary signed a contract with Unilever.

Electronic Data Systems Corp. reported that it signed a facilities management contract with the London-based firm. It is considered to be the largest of its kind executed in Europe. Under terms of the contract, EDS will assume responsibility for the data-processing and communications services for the joint head offices of Unilever PLC in London and Unilever Netherland BV in Rotterdam.
