West Hollywood : Council Extends Bar Hours
The City Council has voted to permit nightclubs and bars to stay open until 4 a.m. on New Year’s Day to allow time for the effects of alcoholic drinks to abate before customers leave the premises. No alcohol may be served in these establishments after 2 a.m.
