Bomb Blast in Tel Aviv

TEL AVIV —
A bomb exploded Thursday outside a fast food restaurant across from City Hall in downtown Tel Aviv. Israeli police said a woman was taken to a hospital suffering shock. Police closed off the busy street for 40 minutes, and television reports said officers detained several Arabs working in the area.
