4 Die in Brazilian Floods
RIO DE JANEIRO — Torrential rains killed four people and forced about 1,300 from their homes in Vicosa, a city of 70,000 people northwest of Rio de Janeiro, police said Thursday. About eight inches of rain fell on the city in less than four hours, they said.
