Santa Ana : Public Services Agency Moved to Otis Building
The city’s Public Services Agency, which contains such departments as transportation, construction and maintenance, has moved from City Hall and now occupies four floors of the Otis Building, located at 101 West 4th St.
Parking facilities for the building are located at 3rd and Sycamore streets about a block west of the building. The space made available in City Hall will be utilized by the city’s Purchasing and Finance departments.
Residents use the Public Services Agency for a variety of reasons ranging from permission to move a house to help with traffic problems. Any work that requires some change in streets or public rights of way must go to the agency for review.
