With the passage of the Gramm-Rudman fake budget-balancing measure, Congress has again demonstrated its total lack of responsibility.
After months of debate, this monstrous fraud was adopted in the conference committee by a voice vote since the conferees were in a hurry to attend a White House Christmas party!
What unadulterated gall! We really do deserve better.
