Kennedy to Visit Three Latin American Nations

WASHINGTON —
Sen. Edward M. Kennedy (D-Mass.) will leave today for a 9- to 10-day trip to Brazil, Argentina and Uruguay, a spokesman said Monday. He is scheduled to meet with government officials and representatives of human rights groups.
