EECO Inc., a Santa Ana electronics manufacturer, said it has sued the Aero Products Division of Litton Systems Inc. for allegedly canceling a $3-million electronics order.
The breach of contract suit, filed late last year in Orange County Superior Court, seeks compensation of more than $3.6 million, an amount that also includes a provision for expenses associated with the canceled order and the legal dispute.
Litton representatives declined comment on the suit.
