Health Services Agency Signs Five-Year Lease
The California Department of Health Services is consolidating its San Diego executive offices in the Rio Vista Building in central Mission Valley.
A five-year lease valued at $1,039,350 was signed for the offices, which will occupy 10,660 square feet of space, according to Peggy Martin, San Diego manager for CalMat Properties Co., owner of the building. Daum Johnstown American represented the lessee, and Coldwell Banker Real Estate Services represented CalMat.
