Shawn Cassidy, 26, of Irvine, has joined Bayshore Financial Corp. in Huntington Beach as executive vice president and chief lending officer. Cassidy, who has been an aide to Orange County Supervisors Roger R. Stanton and Harriett M. Wieder, went to the mortgage banking company from World Savings & Loan Assn. He holds masters degrees in both public administration and business from the University of Southern California.
