Petrominerals Corp. Wednesday said it will declare a special 5-cent per share dividend to be paid on April 15 to shareholders of record March 1. The Stanton-based oil company said the special dividend is the result of recent sales of assets over their book value. Holders of Petrominerals’ common shares normally do not receive regular dividends, the company said.
