Permit Granted for Camarillo Good Nite Inn
The City Council here has approved a recommendation of the Planning Commission that Nansay Corp. of West Los Angeles be granted permits to build a 130-room Good Nite Inn at Ventura Boulevard and Hughes Drive.
The project will include three buildings and an office totaling 30,000 square feet. It will be south of the Ventura Freeway.
Frank Ake, the developer’s representative, said Nansay will dedicate land needed to widen Ventura Boulevard (the former U.S. 101) from two to four lanes fronting the project. The architect is Yokeno Parvez of West Los Angeles.
