Cosmetic Warehouse Sold to Dallas Firm

The Dallas-based Paragon Group has purchased the 52,000-square-foot western distribution headquarters of Mary Kay Cosmetics Inc. in Fountain Valley for $5 million and has announced plans to construct a second building on the 6.3-acre site.

Targeted for completion in May, the new building will have 45,160 square feet in two stories, according to Jeremy B. Fletcher of Paragon’s western region. Mary Kay Cosmetics will be moving to the new Harbor Gateway development across the San Diego Freeway from its current location.
