Building Begun on New Center

Construction has started on Rialto Value Center, the first off-price promotional shopping center in the Rialto-Colton area between the Riverside and San Bernardino freeways, at Riverside Avenue and Valley Boulevard.
The $5-million center is 80% leased, according to Great Western Value Centers of San Francisco, the project developer. Completion is expected in March.
