Deloitte Haskins & Sells announced that Robert K. Oates, formerly of the Bank of America, has joined the staff of its Orange County office as a senior tax manager, where he will specialize in personal financial planning. In addition, Daniel Miller and Robert Reicher have joined Deloitte’s Management Advisory Services branch, formed to develop effective management practices. Miller, who joins the firm as senior consultant, most recently was chief of staff to Orange County Supervisor Roger R. Stanton.
