Central Soya agreed to sell three food companies.

Fort Wayne, Ind.-based Central Soya said it will sell Fred’s Frozen Foods and Centre Brands to International Multifoods, a Minneapolis-based food processor, for about $73 million. The firm also agreed to sell Zatarains, a specialty food business, to Wyndham Foods of Houston for an undisclosed sum. Negotiations for the sale of J. H. Filbert Inc., another branded food business, are under way. Central Soya is owned by Shamrock Capital, a Burbank partnership controlled by the Roy E. Disney family.
