Sage Publications Leases Building in Thousand Oaks

Sage Publications, publishers of professional books and journals, has leased a 43,300-square-foot light-industrial building at 2111 W. Hillcrest Drive in the Thousand Oaks Business Park for a total consideration of $3.54 million over a 10-year term.

Investment Building Group, Los Angeles, is owner/developer of the structure, which is expected to be ready for occupancy in March, when Sage plans to relocate from Beverly Hills.
