Homes Open in Moreno Valley

Copper Hill, a development of 188 single-family homes, opens today in Moreno Valley with 18 of the 47 homes in the first phase sold.

Priced from $66,990 to $87,990, the homes are offered in six one- or two-story floor plans with two or three bedrooms, one to 2 1/2 baths and 867 to 1,462 square feet of space. VA financing is available.

Among the features are concrete-tile roofs, front-yard landscaping with automatic sprinklers, ceramic-tile counters, and fireplaces with glass doors. Developed by Century Homes, the project also has views of the Moreno Valley and is within walking distance of a park.

The sales office and three models, decorated by T & R Designs, are open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Hillgate and Heacock streets. The homes are scheduled for first move-ins in early April.
