Partners Form New Company

Orange County home builder Jim Warmington has joined with two partners, Barry Hoeven and Jon Pelmear, to form Westport Properties, a firm that will be involved in commercial real estate projects.
Warmington has been president of the family-owned Warmington Homes Co. since 1975; Hoeven was most recently associated with Public Storage Inc., and Pelmear was a broker with Daum Corp. and has a law degree.
