Mexico, Venezuela Discuss Oil

CANCUN, Mexico — The presidents of Mexico and Venezuela, Latin America’s two largest oil producers, met in this Caribbean resort today to discuss how to respond to the world oil glut that has had a crippling effect on their heavily indebted economies.
